LAGOS — Anchor University, Lagos, will hold its combined sixth and seventh convocation ceremonies as part of events marking its 10th anniversary, from 16 to 22 November 2026. The convocation itself takes place on 21 November.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Samuel Bandele, whose tenure ends early next year, said these would be the last convocations under his leadership. Responding to concerns from parents about space, he said the new governing council had begun moving the university to its permanent site, with temporary accommodation in place in the meantime.

The programme includes a worship service, community service, an entrepreneurship exhibition, a football match, an alumni summit, and the anniversary and convocation lectures with a book launch.
