LAGOS — The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority and the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency disagree over a proposed new formula for sharing the 5 per cent ticket sales charge. The NCAA currently receives 56 per cent and NAMA 22 per cent, and a bill proposes 40 per cent each. NCAA Director-General Chris Najomo wants 65 per cent, saying the charge funds most of his agency, while NAMA's managing director said navigation charges have not changed since 2008.
