ABUJA — NNPC Ltd has welcomed the new deep offshore tax incentives, saying they could unlock more than $50 billion of investment, starting with the Bonga South-West, Zabazaba and Owowo projects. Group Chief Executive Bayo Ojulari said Bonga South-West could be the first final investment decision on a deepwater production sharing contract since 2008, and repeated the target of 3 million barrels per day by 2030.
