ABUJA — The steering committee of the Nigeria Power for Health Initiative has approved a financing framework to provide reliable electricity to at least 30 per cent of health facilities by the end of 2027. Power Minister Joseph Tegbe said he wants to see projects commissioned, not just ground-breaking ceremonies. The Rural Electrification Agency has already powered five federal teaching hospitals.
