UYO — The Federal Government has launched the second phase of its National Grassroots LPG Penetration Programme in Akwa Ibom State, with a target of 1 million new households a year and 5 million by 2030. Minister of State for Gas Resources Ekperikpe Ekpo also launched a scheme giving N100,000 each to 3,000 rural women.
