ABUJA — Communications Minister Bosun Tijani has unveiled a National Digital Cloud Policy that aims to attract $250 million of private investment in 12 months and $750 million in 24 months. NITDA will regulate the sector and Galaxy Backbone will deliver government cloud services. Commercial data will not have to be stored in Nigeria, but sovereignty rules will apply to defined government and regulated data.
