ABUJA — Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo has directed airlines to agree repayment plans for unpaid statutory charges with aviation agencies within one week, after an emergency meeting with airlines and unions. He also ordered that unions be given access to airline workers to distribute membership forms, and warned that airlines blocking this will be sanctioned. The parties will meet again in a month.
