LAGOS — Air Peace and United Nigeria Airlines resumed flights after aviation unions temporarily suspended industrial action over the alleged non-remittance of the 5 per cent ticket sales charge and the right of airline workers to join unions. Air Peace said it had cancelled 29 of its roughly 70 daily flights, denied owing N25 billion, and said its staff had chosen not to unionise. The unions described the action as a first phase.
