LAGOS — The Transmission Company of Nigeria has added about 208 megawatts of capacity to Lagos with upgrades at the Ijora substation and a new substation on Apapa Road, funded by JICA and the World Bank. Power Minister Joseph Tegbe said the extra power will serve areas including Apapa, Ijora and Tin Can Island.
