LAGOS — PZ Cussons Nigeria reported profit after tax of N45.17 billion for the year ended 31 May 2026, up from N10.07 billion a year earlier, and proposed a dividend of N2.50 per share after four years without a payout. Revenue rose 22.5 per cent to N260.46 billion. The company's net assets turned positive at N70.6 billion from a negative N17.3 billion. Chief Executive Oghale Elueni credited a mix of volume growth and pricing.
