LAGOS — Nestoil has paid $60 million to its lenders under a structured repayment arrangement brokered by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Premium Times has learnt. The lenders, represented by FBN Quest and First Trustees, are pursuing more than $1 billion and N430 billion from the company. In June, the Supreme Court set aside an order freezing Nestoil's assets. Neither the EFCC nor Nestoil responded to requests for comment.
