ABA — Abia State Governor Alex Otti says he is not opposed to the Enyimba Economic City project but that it was not properly set up. He said the state holds only 6 per cent of the equity, some landowners were not compensated, and that the matter is in court. The project covers about 9,803 hectares in three local government areas. The new board chairman, Sam Ohuabunwa, appealed for understanding.
