ABUJA — Nigeria's crude oil production fell to an average of 1.505 million barrels per day in July from 1.53 million in June, according to the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission. Including condensate, output was 1.67 million bpd. The regulator blamed problems at the Erha and Akpo fields. Production stayed just above the 1.5 million bpd OPEC quota for the third month in a row.
