ABUJA — Passengers were stranded at airports in Abuja and Lagos as aviation unions blocked Air Peace terminals in a dispute over workers' right to join unions and the alleged non-remittance of the 5 per cent ticket sales charge. Enugu Air and United Nigeria Airlines also suspended operations. NCAA Director-General Chris Najomo urged the unions to suspend the strike until the aviation minister's return.
