LAGOS — Abia State Governor Alex Otti has outlined seven priority sectors for investment in the state, speaking at a Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce event. He said 80 per cent of the state's N1.016 trillion 2026 budget is for capital spending, that 414 roads have been completed, and that projects such as the Azumiri seaport and Abia Medical City are open to investors.
