LAGOS — The prospectus for the Dangote Petroleum Refinery IPO says the company depends on adequate and timely crude oil supply, a key risk for its plan to double capacity to 1.4 million barrels per day by 2030 at an estimated cost of about $14.3 billion. About 60 per cent of the crude it processed in 2025 came from Nigeria through NNPC. Chief Executive David Bird said the business model is to stay low-cost and resilient during downturns.
