COPENHAGEN — APM Terminals has signed a memorandum of understanding with Badagry Port Development Ltd committing them to exclusive talks on developing the planned Badagry deep sea port in Lagos State. Minister of Marine and Blue Economy Adegboyega Oyetola led Nigeria's delegation to the signing. APM Terminals said the port would help ease congestion at the Lagos ports.
