ABUJA — Housing Minister Muttaqha Darma has inaugurated a 14-member committee, chaired by the ministry's Permanent Secretary, Shuaib Belgore, to produce an implementation plan for housing sector reforms within six weeks. Darma said the sector accounts for about 17 per cent of the economy, compared with 22 to 27 per cent in South Africa and Kenya.
