LAGOS — Learn Africa Plc reported profit after tax of N753.11 million for the year ended 31 March 2026, up from N474.98 million, shareholders were told at the company's annual general meeting. Turnover rose 19 per cent to N6.15 billion and profit before tax 59 per cent to N1.19 billion. Managing Director Hassan Bala said book piracy should fall within one to two years thanks to cooperation between the Nigerian Copyright Commission and Customs.
