ABUJA — The Corporate Affairs Commission wants to merge Nigeria's three beneficial ownership registers into a single database. Registrar-General Hussaini Ishaq Magaji said the CAC, the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority and NEITI each keep separate records of the people who ultimately own or control companies, and that the CAC registry should serve as the central source of corporate data.
