ABUJA — Active telephone subscriptions in Nigeria reached 192.2 million in June 2026, up from 189.7 million in May, according to the Nigerian Communications Commission. Teledensity stood at 88.67 per cent. MTN had 98.64 million subscribers, a 51.4 per cent share, followed by Airtel with 66.12 million and Globacom with 23.68 million.
