UYO — The Niger Delta Power Holding Company plans to complete the 330kV Ikot Abasi transmission project in Akwa Ibom State, awarded in 2006, before May 2027. Managing Director Jennifer Adighije said unresolved right-of-way issues would cost just under N4 billion to settle. Governor Umo Eno said he will take the matter to the State Executive Council.
