LAGOS — Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo says the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority has serious problems with private jet operators and has set up a seven-member task force on illegal charter operations. Speaking at a meeting organised by the Nigerian Meteorological Agency, officials said some private and charter pilots skip mandatory weather briefings. Task force chairman Ado Sanusi said some pilots file false flight plans, declaring one destination while flying to another or leaving the country.
