PORT HARCOURT — The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority has sealed a filling station and queried another in Port Harcourt over alleged under-dispensing and safety breaches. The inspection team was led by Mustapha Lamode, the authority's executive director for health, safety, environment and community. He said inspectors check quantity, quality and safety and send random samples for laboratory tests. Eleven stations were sealed in Obio-Akpor and Port Harcourt in February.
