ABUJA — The Bureau of Public Procurement says all bidding for federal government contracts will move online, ending physical contact between bidders and officials. Director-General Adebowale Adedokun said certificates will be issued digitally within about 30 seconds and that submissions from the Ministry of Education and federal universities already go through the online platform. He said an online system for community projects worth up to N30 million is also coming.
