ABUJA — NNPC Ltd's group revenue fell 23.4 per cent to N34.52 trillion in 2025 from N45.08 trillion in 2024, according to its audited financial statements. Revenue from petroleum products dropped 77.6 per cent to N2.17 trillion, while crude oil revenue fell 13.1 per cent to N25.39 trillion. Gas revenue rose 18.3 per cent to N6.15 trillion. About 69 per cent of revenue came from Nigeria. The accounts also show that receivables owed by the Federation fell to N11.2 trillion from N17.51 trillion after N8.67 trillion of energy security costs was offset against royalties, taxes and dividends. Profit after tax rose 33 per cent to N7.2 trillion.
