ABUJA — The Nigerian Ports Authority says the transfer of inland dry ports to its management will allow exporters in northern and central Nigeria to clear goods close to where they are produced. Managing Director Abubakar Dantsoho, speaking at the Abuja International Trade Fair, said export processing terminals will serve as one-stop centres for sorting, packaging, certification and customs clearance. He said exports of cocoa, sesame, cashew, hibiscus and solid minerals have risen over the past two years.
