LAGOS — Transcorp Hotels Plc reported profit before tax of N22.53 billion for the nine months to September 2026, up 0.55 per cent from N22.4 billion a year earlier. Revenue fell 2.66 per cent to N69.46 billion, with room revenue at N46.29 billion and food and beverage down to N19.27 billion. Finance income rose to N4.46 billion, mostly interest on loans to related companies. Borrowings rose to N54.96 billion from N10.52 billion. Managing Director Uzoamaka Oshogwe credited cost discipline.
