LAGOS — Sunbeth Global Concepts plans to raise up to N150 billion under its N500 billion commercial paper programme to buy cocoa for the 2026/27 season. The company said part of the money will build up stock for its 70,000-tonne-a-year processing plant, due to start operating in March 2027. The notes will be issued in three series of 180, 270 and 364 days, with Chapel Hill Denham Advisory as lead arranger.
