JOS — A Federal High Court in Jos has declared Hon. Ayuba Dalyop Mandung the winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary for Jos South State Constituency and barred the party from presenting Mancha John Vincent as its candidate. The court held that ward results announced at the primary could not be altered afterwards and that Mandung was denied a fair hearing. It ordered the APC to submit Mandung's name to INEC.
