BAUCHI — Political parties whose governorship candidates were left off INEC's final list in Bauchi State say they will engage the commission's leadership. INEC listed 15 candidates for the governorship, excluding those of the SDP, NNPP, Action Alliance and Accord. A senior INEC official in Bauchi said only the headquarters could explain the omission. The NNPP state chairman appealed to supporters to remain calm.
