GOMBE — The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Gombe State has cleared Bashir Abdullahi Gaddafi to contest a fresh primary for Akko Federal Constituency. A Federal High Court in Gombe had nullified his nomination on October 9 and ordered a new primary within 21 days, after another aspirant alleged that no ward primaries were held. The court accepted that Gaddafi is a registered member and eligible to run.
