MAIDUGURI — The Borno State Police Command has arraigned five men for allegedly printing and wearing 'Tinubu Must Go' T-shirts. The men, aged between 21 and 44, face charges of conspiracy, inciting disturbance, disturbance of public peace and thuggery under the Borno Penal Code. All pleaded not guilty before a Chief Magistrate Court in Maiduguri. The case was adjourned to October 6 for a bail ruling. Amnesty International described the charges as bizarre.
