AKURE — An All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Okitipupa LGA, Falana Oyewole, has declined his appointment as Special Assistant to Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa. In a letter to the Secretary to the State Government, he cited the alleged marginalisation of the Erinje community in appointments, describing the offer as an insult given the community's support, and asked that an Erinje indigene be given a higher position.
