ABUJA — The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) says it never submitted the names INEC published as its candidates for 10 Anambra State House of Assembly seats. In a statement, the party said its National Chairman, Senator Moses Cleopas, who holds the upload code, never uploaded the names. It alleged that portal officials kept its own nominations on 'pending' and demanded an electronic audit trail of the INEC nomination portal.
