KANO — Senator Rufai Hanga says his rift with Rabiu Kwankwaso began when Kwankwaso walked out of an empowerment event he organised, at which cars, rice and fertiliser were distributed. In a television interview, Hanga said Kwankwaso complained about the items he had received, and that the disagreement cost him his return ticket. Kwankwaso's aides could not be reached for comment.
