ILORIN — Senator Saliu Mustapha has been received into the Kwara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and presented as its candidate for Kwara Central Senatorial District. Mustapha accused Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of blocking his projects and challenged him to a public debate. More than 50 APC ward chairmen in Kwara Central described his move as political tourism and passed a vote of confidence in the governor. A Mustapha aide said the APC's reactions show the party is rattled.
