ABUJA — The Concerned National APC Stakeholders Forum has inaugurated state coordinators for its 'Tinubu/Shettima Grassroots Canvassers' in all 36 states. National Coordinator Dr Dominic Alancha urged members to persuade voters rather than intimidate them, saying elections are won at ward and polling unit level. He said coordinators should explain government policies, acknowledge economic hardship and mobilise all year round.
