KANO — Kabiru Adamu Abdullahi, an ally of Rabiu Kwankwaso for 29 years, has left the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) for the All Progressives Congress (APC). Abdullahi had earlier sworn on the Qur'an that Kwankwaso did not send Governor Abba Yusuf to the APC. In his resignation letter to his ward chairman in Dala LGA, he cited failed promises and said he would support President Bola Tinubu's re-election.
