ABUJA — The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, says the party uploaded candidates for every elective position before INEC's original August 8 deadline. In a statement by his media adviser, Abimbola Tooki, Yilwatda credited the party's discipline, structure and digital readiness, saying the party did not wait until the last minute.
