PORT HARCOURT — The Rivers State chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) says FCT Minister Nyesom Wike's repeated attacks on former Governor Rotimi Amaechi reveal anxiety about the growing opposition. Wike had said in an interview that Amaechi can no longer deliver votes in Rivers or the South-South. In a statement, ADC publicity secretary Chizy Enyi described Amaechi as one of the most consequential leaders from the state, and said residents care about the economy, insecurity, jobs and infrastructure rather than personal feuds.
