Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) has introduced a digital system to reduce delays in graduation and the issuance of certificates. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Bond Anyaehie, said graduates can now complete clearance online from anywhere, with approval within five days. Provisional certificates are generated automatically with barcodes for authentication, and transcript processing has also gone digital. He spoke at the 2026 international convention of the university's alumni association, where he also promised improvements to classroom seating and facilities.
